Production testing pays off! With thorough testing of your products you can catch and fix defects before they become a problem. We therefore always recommend testing products before they enter full production. Sekanina Electronics helps with, among other things, optimising production test as well as testing zero-series and prototypes. When a fully or semi-automated production test needs to be developed, we – with our electronics background – are the right partner for the project.

Production test with LabVIEW and TestStand

We use LabVIEW as the primary tool for testing new products, whether they are prototypes, zero-series or other stages of the development process – typically with TestStand as the framework for test sequences, operator flow and reporting. Through testing we help to streamline the development phase and increase product quality before going into production. Thoroughly developed production tests ultimately save considerable costs from defects and shortcomings that would otherwise need correcting later.

With the National Instruments platform there is a wealth of possibilities – both for testing hardware and control systems, and for rapid prototypes, functional models and small series of high-tech equipment using the NI Single-Board RIO platform.
